A range of places to sleep
At Mango Drift we have a range of accommodation to suit all, from camping at $12.50 to en-suite rooms with private bathrooms for $70 per night.
Our luxury chalets are set back on the hillside overlooking the lake, each with a private bathroom and a spacious secluded veranda, the best place to watch the sunset.
On the white sandy beach we have five beach chalets, just 20 metres from the lake. You will not leave without a midnight swim.
All our rooms have 3-pin plug sockets and mosquito nets. There is a safe at Mango if you want to lock valuables away.

Beach chalets
Premium beach chalets sit 20 metres from the lake. Doubles and twins are available. All beach chalets share a shower block at the end of the beach, with two toilets and hot showers.

Dorm and family house
The dorm sleeps up to 7, with mosquito nets, an en-suite toilet and a shower. The family house sleeps up to 6, with a large double, two bunk beds, a private bathroom and a veranda.

Campsite
From $12.50 per night
There is an expansive beach with plenty of space to camp, plus a shower block with two toilets and hot showers, or just jump in the lake. Two tents are available to rent if you want to sleep under the stars.
We do not permit self-catering at Mango Drift.

Good to know
Booking and payments
Making a booking in advance can avoid disappointment when you arrive. In peak season you may be asked for a deposit.
You can pay your bill at the end of your stay, in cash or by Visa or Mastercard, with a commission on card payments.
FDH Bank now operates a small bank and an ATM on Likoma Island.
